BOCUSE D’OR COMMIS CHALLENGE

FINAL

The final will take place on Thursday, November 25, 2021 during Horeca Expo Ghent.
This final is a national competition held for the general public.
The competition is open to all young people and / or students with a Belgian passport, and who on January 22, 2023 (!) will be maximum 22 years old (born after 22/01/2001).

Registrations must be submitted no later than April 30, 2021.
Recipes with photo / sketch must be submitted no later than 15 June 2021.

The winner will represent Belgium as commis together with the selected chef at the European final 2022 and world final Bocuse d’Or 2023.
